Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided through Pro Access memberships, purchases are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be canceled once delivered or the membership is activated.

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

• User error (not reading the product description)

• Changes or bugs in the Squarespace platform

• Conflicting third-party code or extensions

• Changing your mind (not wanting the product anymore)

• Duplicate plugin order (a credit will be issued)

• Forgetting about or not utilizing an active membership

• Refusing support from our team

Additionally, purchases cannot be refunded if featured in a future Boost event or if a Ghost+ Pro Access membership is activated at a later date.
