We proudly offer support for all purchases and are always happy to help if you need us. Our team can help with general questions and troubleshooting related to the product.

Assisting with the following falls outside of our support:

• Squarespace issues or bugs

• Custom development requests

• Errors not related to the product

• Troubleshooting third-party products

In some cases, our team may request an admin invite to your site to provide the best support and properly troubleshoot.

Your website is 100% safe when granting access, but if you are unable to provide access, support will be limited.
